West Liberty, W.Va. - The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) released their 2023-24 NCAA Division II Men's Basketball Preseason Top-25 on Tuesday afternoon with West Liberty University appearing at No. 17 in the country, marking their 15th consecutive year ranked in the preseason poll.
The Hilltoppers are coming off of a 26 win season and finished as the Mountain East Conference regular season co-champions. The Hilltoppers ranked in the top five nationally in points per game and 3-pointers while advancing to the NCAA tournament for the 15th consecutive year.
Fellow MEC member Charleston is No.11 and Concord received votes.
The Hilltoppers will open the season by hosting the Atlantic Region Crossover Nov. 8 - 9 at the ASRC, facing West Chester and Bluefield State.
