Thank you for your coverage of WLU athletics. The WLU Sports Information Office is proud to offer a full range of services for members of the working media. To assist you in your coverage, please take note of our general media policies outlined below. If you should have further questions, please contact us at the address or numbers above.
Interviews - All  requests for interviews with WLU coaches, student-athletes and staff members must be made through the WLU Sports Information office. The Hilltopper locker rooms will be closed to all media on game days. Post-game player and coach interviews will be conducted at a designated area following the NCAA-mandated cooling off period.Â
Game Day Coverage and Press Passes - Any media member covering any contest hosted by WLU is asked to reserve a press credential at least 24 hours prior to the event.  For most sports, the WLU Sports Information office will provide rosters and updated statistics prior to the contest and statistical information afterward.
Technology - Media will have telephone, fax and photocopier access at most athletic events. Wireless Internet is also available at the ASRC, West Family Stadium and WLU Softball Complex. Additional internet needs can be accommodated if requested in advance.  Â
Radio - Visiting radio is always welcome at WLU. We ask that the broadcast team reserve their seating and phone lines 24 hours prior to the event.
Photographers - Photographers are asked to stay at least 10 feet from the playing surface and shoot from standard shooting positions. Please reserve your photographers credentials 24 hours prior to the event.
