West Liberty, W.Va. - The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) released their seventh regular season poll for NCAA Division II men's basketball on Tuesday afternoon, which saw West Liberty University fall three spots to No. 25 in the country. The Hilltoppers were idle last week, having last played Saturday, December 30, when they defeated UVA Wise 90-79 inside the ASRC.

The Hilltoppers will next be in action tomorrow night when they return to MEC play with a 7:30 p.m. tip-off inside the ASRC against Frostburg State. With a record of 9-3 (4-1 MEC) to start the season, the Black & Gold are one of three teams with only one loss in league play as they are averaging 100.6 points per game and a scoring margin of +19.2. The Hilltoppers are being featured in the national rankings for the 44th consecutive release and are the lone MEC school appearing in the top-25 rankings, while Charleston and Concord are receiving votes.
