    NORMAN, Okla. – West Liberty University's Alex Easthom has been named to the PING/NCAA Division II All-Atlantic Region Men's Golf Team for the third consecutive year.
    Easthom, a junior from Ravenswood, W.Va., was one of 106 players selected from the eight NCAA Division II regions by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA).
    The MEC Player of the Year was a familiar face near the top of the leaderboard throughout the season, capping his run by defeating Davis & Elkins' Evan Lewis in a sudden-death playoff for medal honors at the MEC Championships.
    Easthom was one of five MEC golfers to earn All-Region honors, joining Davis & Elkins' Sean Addie and Jordan Hyland along with Charleston's Mitch Hoffman and Lucas Ross.
