    WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – Game times and advance ticket information have been finalized for this weekend's NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Men's Basketball Tournament, co-hosted by West Liberty University and Indiana (Pa.) University.
    The quarterfinals and semifinals will be played on Friday and Saturday at both sites with the Atlantic Region championship game set for Tuesday, March 17 on the home floor of the highest remaining seed.
    West Liberty is hosting the lower bracket quarterfinals and semifinals as the No. 2 seed. Coach Ben Howlett's Hilltoppers (27-4) get things going at the ASRC Friday at 5 p.m. when they take on No. 7 seed Virginia State (19-9) in the first game of a quarterfinal doubleheader. No. 3 seed Charleston (25-6) and No. 6 seed Mercyhurst (20-8) meet in the 7:30 p.m. nightcap.
    The regional semifinal featuring Friday's winners is set for 7 p.m. Saturday inside the ASRC.
    All tickets at the West Liberty site will be general admission with seats behind each team bench blocked off for fans of that school. Fans will be asked to move following their game to make room for fans of the next team. Daily ticket prices are set at $12 for adults and $6 for youth (age 3-18), senior citizens (age 55-over) and students of participating institutions with proper ID.
    Advance tickets for Friday's quarterfinal doubleheader will go on sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday at the WLU Athletic Department. They will also be available at TJ's Family Restaurant on National Road in Wheeling until 8 p.m. Thursday. Tickets for Saturday's regional semifinal may be purchased at the ASRC on Friday.     The upper bracket at IUP's Kovalchick Center tips off at 6 p.m. on Friday with the quarterfinal between top-seeded host Indiana, Pa. (28-2) and No. 8 seed Winston-Salem State (19-10). No. 4 seed Shippensburg (24-7) and No. 5 seed Fairmont State (23-7) play at 8:30 with the winners advancing to Saturday's upper bracket semifinal.
