West Liberty, W.Va. - West Liberty University's Kaylee Davis earns Hilltopper of the Week honors following an outstanding performance at the Tim Weaver Invitational, where she played a key role in the Hilltoppers' strong weekend.
Davis showcased her speed and versatility across multiple sprint events, beginning with a second-place finish in the 100 meters. She followed that up with a first-place performance in the 200 meters, crossing the line in 27.49 to claim the event title and lead West Liberty's sprint group.
The standout sprinter wasn't finished there. Davis also contributed to a winning effort in the 4x100-meter relay, teaming up with Ky'Ara Ross, Brookelyn Reynolds, and Sierra Lanham to post a time of 49.69 and secure another top finish for the Hilltoppers.
Her ability to score in multiple events and help power a relay victory highlights Davis' importance to the team's success.Â
