West Liberty, W.Va. – West Liberty University sophomore Kyler D'Augustino has been named the Mountain East Conference (MEC) Men's Basketball Player of the Week, an honor presented by The Health Plan.

D'Augustino delivered standout performances for the No.8 Hilltoppers during the Las Vegas Holiday Hoops Classic: 

• Against No. 10 Colorado School of Mines: D'Augustino scored a game-high 23 points and grabbed five rebounds to lead the team to an impressive win.

• Against Missouri S&T: He paced the Toppers with 19 points in another strong showing.

D'Augustino's consistent scoring and leadership on the court have been pivotal for West Liberty's success.

The Hilltoppers return to action this Wednesday when they travel to Frostburg State for a 7:30 p.m. tip-off.
