WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The West Liberty University women's tennis team made its first-ever Mountain East Conference match a memorable Saturday with an 8-1 rout of Virginia-Wise at the Edgar Martin Tennis Complex.
Howard and Wischi teamed up for an 8-2 win at No. 1 doubles with Dawson and Puga rolling to an 8-1 decision at No. 3 doubles.
The West Liberty women head to the Eastern Panhandle on Sunday for a 2 p.m. match at Shepherd.
