Scouting the Hilltoppers
West Liberty's offense has been productive early in the season, hitting .282 as a team while averaging more than six runs per game.
Leading the way is Hunter White, who is batting .370 with a team-high 4 home runs, 15 RBIs, and a .717 slugging percentage.

On the mound, West Liberty is still looking for consistency with a 10.05 team ERA, but has shown flashes in recent outings. The pitching staff has recorded 84 strikeouts in 94 innings, with several arms beginning to settle into roles as conference play begins.
Saturday at Davis & Elkins
West Liberty will face a Senators team that has struggled on the mound but shown offensive firepower.
Davis & Elkins is hitting .250 as a team with 12 home runs, led by Grant Mealey (.353, 3 HR) and Kenny Capria (.352). However, the Senators have allowed nearly 200 runs this season and carry a 12.86 team ERA.
