WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. — West Liberty University women's wrestling will take its next step toward history Friday afternoon as four Hilltoppers await their seeds and first-round matchups during the inaugural NCAA National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships Selection Show.
The official bracket reveal will stream live Friday, Feb. 27 at 1 p.m. on NCAA.com, marking the first time in history that women's wrestling will have an NCAA championship field unveiled.

Friday's selection show will determine national seeds, bracket placement and opening-round opponents for each of the Hilltoppers. With 16-wrestler brackets at every weight class, seeding will play a critical role in shaping each athlete's path through the championship.
The historic inaugural NCAA National Collegiate Women's Wrestling Championships will take place March 6-7 at Xtream Arena in Coralville, Iowa. Competition begins Friday, March 6, with sessions at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., followed by Saturday's final day sessions at 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.
