MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Another meet, another record—and now a national tournament berth—for Isaac Tavo.

Just two days after setting a new school mark in the discus, Tavo broke his own record again Saturday at the WVU Last Chance Meet in Morgantown. He won the event with a throw of 54.56 meters, which ranks 16th in NCAA Division II this season and officially qualifies him for the NCAA Championships.

Ky'Ara Ross added another victory for the Hilltoppers, taking first place in the long jump with a top mark of 5.63 meters. Teammate Sierra Lanham also reached the podium, finishing third with a jump of 5.33 meters.
