WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The West Liberty University baseball team returns to action on Sunday afternoon, hosting Clarion for a doubleheader at the Memorial Stadium Complex. First pitch is set for noon.

The Hilltoppers (4-7) look to bounce back after dropping both games of their twin bill against Shepherd on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the Golden Eagles enter the matchup with an even 5-5 record.

Offensively, Will Balgo leads the Hilltoppers with a .357 batting average, while William Glick has driven in a team-high 14 runs. Connor Huzicka has provided power at the plate with two home runs and eight RBIs.

As a team, West Liberty is hitting .266 and has plated 77 runs through its first 11 games. On the mound, the Hilltoppers' pitching staff will look to improve upon its 9.25 ERA.
