WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The West Liberty University men's and women's indoor track and field teams will be in action at two competitions this weekend, splitting between the Mid-February Meet at Baldwin Wallace on Friday and the Spire Collegiate Indoor Games at Spire Academy on Saturday.

Baldwin Wallace (Friday, Feb. 9): A limited number of athletes will compete in the Mid-February Meet.

Spire Academy (Saturday, Feb. 10): The majority of the Hilltoppers will take part in the Spire Collegiate Indoor Games, one of the region's top indoor meets.
Historic Performances Last Weekend
WLU had a strong showing in two meets last weekend at Ashland University and Penn State, with four school records falling:

Hunter Patterson (60m Dash): Broke his own school record for the third straight week, clocking 6.71 seconds at Penn State's Sykes & Sabock Challenge, an NCAA Provisional time.

Ky'Ara Ross (60m Dash): Set a new women's program record at Penn State with a 7.74 finish.

Isaac Tavo (Shot Put): Delivered a massive 16.37m throw, setting a new school record in the event.

Lacey Dimit (800m Run): Ran 2:21.88 at Ashland's Jud Logan Light Giver Invitational, breaking the program's 800m record.
What's Next?
The Hilltoppers will prepare for the Mountain East Conference Championships February 23-24 at Marshall University.
