Frostburg, Md. – The West Liberty University women's wrestling team had a strong showing at the Bobcat Open on Saturday at Frostburg State University, highlighted by Issabella Kessey and Jamie Shapton earning fourth-place finishes in their respective weight classes.

Top Performances:

• Issabella Kessey (160 lbs.) posted a 4-2 record on the day, securing three falls and a decision to earn fourth place.

• Jamie Shapton (207 lbs.) went 2-2, recording two falls on her way to a fourth-place finish.

• Grace O'Korn (145 lbs.) finished fifth. 

• Nila Bland (110 lbs.) placed seventh.

• Janiya Brogan (180 lbs.) also finished seventh.
