West Liberty,W.Va. - The West Liberty University football team returns to action Saturday at 1 p.m. at Grace P. Johnson Stadium as they visit UNC-Pembroke. The Hilltoppers are coming off of an impressive 31-10 win over Concord where they racked up 238 yards rushing averaging six yards per carry, as an offense they finished the day with 392 total yards. The Hilltoppers defense picked off two Mountain Lion passes and the special teams blocked a punt.
 The Braves earned their first win of the season last week 35-32 over Wheeling at Bishop Schmitt. UNC-P threw for 398 yards and four scores against the Cardinals, but they also threw three interceptions; they finished with 547 yards of total offense. The Hiltoppers are 1-5 all-time against the Braves.Â
