WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. - West Liberty University and the National Collegiate Acrobatics & Tumbling Association (NCATA) have announced the schedule of events for the 2023 NCATA National Championships. For the first time ever, the championships will be held over a four-day span.

"I'm so excited that we are able to officially release the schedule for nationals today, and that we are adding a day of competition with event finals on Sunday," said West Liberty's Head Acrobatics & Tumbling Coach Kelsey Kyle. "I think this will be a great way to have a fantastic turnout all weekend long!"

Eight teams from across the country and a number of individual competitors will travel to the hilltop this April 27-30 to compete for a national championship. A full schedule of events has been released (below) by the host committee and NCATA.

The 2023 NCATA National Championships will be hosted by West Liberty University inside the Academic, Sports, and Recreation Complex on campus. This will be the 12th national championship in the history of acrobatics & tumbling at the collegiate level.

The NCATA season is in full swing with 40-plus institutions battling for spots in the national championships. Seven-time defending national champion Baylor University has been tabbed the No. 1 team in the preseason poll.
