INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The West Liberty University volleyball team has been ranked 8th in the Atlantic Region by the NCAA.
West Liberty battled but came up just short in a five-setter at Fairmont State, who is 5th in the region, last night snapping a five-match win streak. The Hilltoppers are 19-6 within the region this year and 20-9 overall with key wins over the top-ranked Atlantic Region team, Clarion, and 9th-ranked West Virginia State.
The Black and Gold finishes the regular season hosting Wheeling on Friday evening inside the ASRC. The Cardinals are ranked second in the Atlantic Region.
