PHILIPPI, W.Va. – The West Liberty University volleyball team rolled to a 3-0 sweep of Alderson Broaddus here Friday night in Mountain East Conference action at Rex Pyles Arena.

Riley Schenk's Hilltoppers (10-8, 1-1) were in control throughout, handing the Battlers (4-5, 0-2) a 25-10 setback in the opening set before finishing off the win by scores of 25-22 and 25-20.
Maddie Clayton had a team-high 12 kills with a .500 hitting percentage to pace the Black and Gold while
Riley Cudnik added 10 kills and 3 blocks.
Katelynn Fritz just missed a double-double with 8 kills and 9 digs while
Kirsten Bogunovich led all players with 37 assists and
Nyia Setla had a match-high 16 digs.
The West Liberty women will be back on the road Tuesday night with an important MEC North Division match at Fairmont State.
