INSTITUTE, W.Va. – The West Liberty women hit the Mountain East Conference road again tonight when they travel to West Virginia State. Tipoff is set for 5:30 p.m. at the Walker Center.

Kyle Cooper's Hilltoppers (8-12, 4-10) checked a 4-game slide with a strong second half in Saturday's 73-63 win at W.Va. Wesleyan.
Morgan Brunner scored 18 points on 6 3-pointers while
Taylor Johnson added 15 tallies as WLU led by as many as 24 points in the fourth quarter.
The Yellow Jackets (8-12, 6-8) ended a 3-game skid of their own on Saturday with a 93-64 blowout at Frostburg State. Chloe Cheresne's 18 points led the way as WVSU led wire-to-wire.
This is the 53rd meeting between the two schools. West Liberty has won 19 of the last 23 encounters to take a commanding 40-13 series lead.
West Virginia State rallied to an 87-80 win earlier this season at the ASRC, closing the game on a 12-2 run to escape the ASRC with a come-from-behind verdict.
