    WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The West Liberty University football team returns home to host Glenville State tonight in another Thursday night game at West Family Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
    The Hilltoppers (1-2, 1-2) saw a late rally fall just short last week in a 27-24 loss at Frostburg State. The Pioneers (2-1, 1-1) battled winless Concord to the wire and beyond at Morris Stadium on Saturday before escaping with a 27-20 overtime nod.
    This is the 80th meeting between Glenville State and West Liberty in a series that kicked off nearly a century ago in 1924. The Hilltoppers hold a 43-32-4 edge in the series. The 43 wins are the most by WLU against any opponent.
