    WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – West Liberty draws a tough assignment for its home opener as the Hilltoppers welcome No. 4-ranked Notre Dame (Ohio) to the brand-new artificial turf at West Family Stadium tonight.
    Kickoff for the MEC Game of the Week is set for 7:10 p.m. under the Thursday Night Lights.
    Both teams are coming off high-scoring performances in their season-opening wins a week ago.
    The Hilltoppers (1-0, 1-0) rolled up more than 500 yards of total offense and came from behind in the final minute to notch a 33-30 victory at Ohio County rival Wheeling on Saturday.
    The Falcons (1-0, 1-0), fresh off a run to last year's NCAA Division II national semifinals, had three scoring plays of 30 yards or more to smother visiting Concord, 33-10, in South Euclid, Ohio.
    This is only the seventh meeting between the two programs with Notre Dame having won the six previous encounters.
