FAIRMONT, W.Va. – The unbeaten West Liberty University women's tennis team barely broke a sweat Wednesday afternoon in rolling past Fairmont State, 9-0, in a Mountain East Conference match on the Falcons' home courts.
Coach
Heather Gallagher's Lady Hilltoppers (5-0, 3-0) took command early by sweeping all three doubles matches and followed that up by taking all six singles matches. Five West Liberty players didn't lose a single game in their singles matches.
The West Liberty women step out of conference on Sunday with a noon match at Slippery Rock (Pa.).
