    FAIRMONT, W.Va. – The West Liberty University men's tennis team remained unbeaten through the fall portion of their schedule with a 9-0 romp at Fairmont State.
    Coach Sam McCullough's Hilltoppers (3-0) were never challenged in opening with a sweep of the three doubles matches and followed that up with straight-set wins in the six singles matches.
    Ivan Irazabal, Raphael Machado, Vinnie Guarda, Darren Liebenberg, Gui Lima and Alex Hayden picked up singles wins for West Liberty. The victorious doubles tandems were Irazabal and Machado (No. 1), Lima and Guarda (No. 2) and Liebenberg and Hayden (No. 3).
    The Hilltoppers head to Erie, Pa. this weekend to compete in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's (ITA) regional event.
