GREENSBURG, Pa. – The West Liberty University women's tennis team rolled to a 7-2 victory against previously-unbeaten Seton Hill Wednesday afternoon in West Virginia Conference action.
Coach Heather Gallagher's Hilltoppers (2-1, 1-0) jumped out to an early lead by winning two of the three doubles matches and coasted past the Griffins (2-1, 2-1) with wins in five of the six singles contests.
Lauren Howard, Emma Windsor, Raissa Wischi, Alexandra Barr and Moleigh Poling were the singles winners for West Liberty. The Howard-Wischi and Windsor-Barr tandems notched doubles victories.
The Hilltoppers return home to host Bluefield State Friday at 7 p.m.
