Prior to WLU:
Spent one season at Central Washington University.... Played under head coach Lauren Herseth.

High School:
Played at Gallatin High School in Bozeman, Mont........ Four-year letterwinner, four-year starter and two-year team captain.... Helped lead the Raptors to four consecutive state tournament appearances, including a state championship in 2024, a state runner-up finish in 2023 and a third-place finish in 2022.... Earned First Team All-State and First Team All-Conference honors as a senior after receiving Second Team All-State as a junior, Second Team All-Conference as a sophomore and Honorable Mention recognition as a freshman.... Named Academic All-State three times.... Compiled 142 kills, 146 assists, 110 aces and 1,403 digs from 2022-24 while posting a 2.02 serve receive percentage.... Played under head coach Erika Gustavsen.

Club:
Played with Big Sky Volleyball Club in Bozeman, Mont., from 2018-24.... Earned MVP honors in 2023 and was named to the All-Big Sky Team in 2024.... Played under head coach Shannon Lundgren.

Off the Court:
Taylor is the daughter of Brenda and Trevor Speake.... She has two brothers, Terran and Brody........ She is majoring in Business Marketing.... A three-time High School Academic All-State selection.... Her mother played volleyball at Sacramento State, while her father played basketball at Adams State.... Also coached 12U club volleyball for three years.
