High School:
Played at Magnolia High School in New Martinsville, W.Va........ Four-year letterwinner and four-year starter in volleyball while also lettering in softball and track & field.... Helped lead the Blue Eagles to sectional championships in 2023 and 2024 and a regional championship in 2024.... Finished her career with more than 1,000 digs and 800 kills while posting a .500-plus batting average and a 2.3 career serve receive percentage.... Earned Second Team All-State, First Team All-OVAC and First Team All-Valley honors in volleyball.... Also earned two First Team All-State, All-OVAC and All-Valley selections in softball and received All-State and Second Team All-Valley honors in track & field.... Helped the 4x100 relay team finish as state runner-up and placed third in the Class A long jump.... Played under head coach Pam Chapman.

Club:
Played six seasons with Ohio Valley Volleyball Company in Wheeling, W.Va........ Served as a team captain each season.... Earned Player of the Week honors in February 2026.... Played under club director Courtney Hilyer.

Off the Court:
Jessa is the daughter of Danny and Anissa Anderson.... She has two sisters, Via Anderson Conley and Kayna Anderson........ She is majoring in Pre-Dental Biology.... A fourth-generation Hilltopper, Jessa comes from a family with deep West Liberty ties. Her sister, Via, competed in acrobatics & tumbling, while her mother, Anissa Monseau Anderson, played volleyball. Her uncles, Vinnie and AJ Monseau, competed in wrestling and cross country, her grandfather, Vince Monseau, was a standout athlete and coach in wrestling while also competing in football and track & field, and her brother-in-law, Evan Conley, played basketball. Her father, Danny Anderson, played baseball at Coastal Carolina.... Recipient of the Elbin Scholarship and Megan Dart Memorial Scholarship.
