2023-24 (Redshirt Freshman): Redshirted at West Liberty due to injury

2022-23 (Freshman): Was named Academic All-MEC... Appeared in all 29 games for the Hilltoppers while making ten starts during the 2022-23 season… Averaged 3.1 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.1 assists while playing 16.6 minutes per game… Scored four or more points in 14 games and recorded a season-high of seven points on three occasions, twice against Alderson Broaddus and once against West Virginia State… Grabbed three or more rebounds in ten games and collected a season-high of six in a win at Davis & Elkins… Dished out multiple assists in nine games, and tallied a season-high of four in back-to-back wins against Notre Dame and West Virginia Wesleyan…

High School: All-West Virginia Class AA guard who led Frankfort HS to state semifinals… PVC and Cumberland (Md.) Times-News Player of the Year… Averaged 20.3 points and 4.3 steals per game… 3-time state track qualifier and PVC Player of the Year in girls’ soccer… Drained game-winning 3-pointer in West Virginia North-South All-Star Game… Salutatorian of graduating class.
 
Off the Court: Halley is the daughter of Garett and Debbie Smith… She is pursuing a major in Medical Laboratory Science.
