2021 Season: Played in 10 games with 6 starts…Charted with 45 total tackles and a team-high 40 solo stops…Made seven solo tackles at Wheeling…Had multiple tackles in all 10 games played…Forced a fumble at Wheeling and recovered one versus Notre Dame (Ohio).

2020-21 Season: Did not see action in the limited spring schedule.
        
Prior to West Liberty: All-Conference safety at Santa Barbara CC with 61 tackles, 3.0 sacks, 3.5 TFLs and 6 PBUs in 2019…Dean’s List student…2-way standout at Blue Ridge (N.Y.) HS
         
Off the Field: Nazir is the son of Vance Hopson and Nicole Bond…He is majoring in Exercise Physiology.
