Biography

High School: Played at Spring Valley High School in Huntington, W.Va., under head coach Brad Dingess. A four-year letterwinner, three-year starter and two-year team captain, Cain earned First Team All-Conference honors as both a junior and senior. He was a two-time Second Team All-State selection, earned Second Team All-Tri-State honors as a junior and Honorable Mention All-Tri-State recognition as a senior. Rushed for 1,045 yards and nine touchdowns as a senior after totaling 789 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns during his junior campaign.

Off the Field: Miguel is the son of Mary Ann Cain and Troy Cain. He has two brothers, Troy Cain II and Rafael Quizon. He is majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology.
