2024 Season: Appeared in two games against Charleston Nov. 2, 2024 and at Fairmont State Nov.9, 2024

2023 Season: Appeared in one game with participation against Concord. 

High School: Was a Class 2A Honorable Mention All-State selection in West Virginia as a senior in 2022 and was a 2-time First Team All-Big 10 Conference selection for Philip Barbour High School in 2021 and 2022… Played for the North Bears in the in the 2023 North-South Football Classic.

Off the Field: Kemper is the son of Kira Randolph, Mike Randolph, he has two siblings Ashton Longwell and Keylee Randolph.............. He is majoring in General Business.
