Biography

Prior to West Liberty: Spent three seasons at PennWest Clarion under head coach Raymond Monica. Appeared in 14 career games, totaling 17 tackles, one pass breakup and one blocked kick.

High School: Played at Taylor Allderdice High School in Pittsburgh, Pa. A member of the Dragons football program.

Off the Field: Gene is the son of Nakesha Cox and Kirk Haynes. He has a sister, Kaliyah Hall, and a brother, Jordan Haynes. He is majoring in Sports Management.
