Biography

High School: Competed in football at Steubenville High School under legendary head coach Reno Saccoccia. A three-year starter on the offensive line, Kelley helped lead the Big Red program during his sophomore, junior and senior seasons. He served as a team captain as a senior and earned the team's prestigious Block of Granite Award following the 2025 season.

Off the Field: Ephy is the son of Rishauna Harrison and Brett Kelley. He is majoring in Business Management.
