A former record-setting quarterback at Howard University, Greg McGhee kicks off his first season as a graduate assistant coach with the West Liberty University football program.
   The Pittsburgh, Pa. native starred at Perry Traditional Academy before beginning a stellar collegiate career at Howard. The four-year starter earned back-to-back MEAC Offensive Player of the Year honors in 2013 and 2014 and holds the MEAC’s single-season and career total offense records.
   Since graduating from Howard, McGhee has been actively pursuing a professional football career with multiple stops in the Canadian Football League and the Arena Football League.
   McGhee will primarily be working with the Hilltopper quarterbacks with additional duties in the HUDL video editing system.
