Wriedt was a second-team NCAA DII All-America selection that year.

Hopkins came to West Liberty in 2007 after two years as offensive line and strength and conditioning coach at Mansfield (Pa.). He also had stints at Tennessee-Martin and Temple after breaking into the college ranks at Millersville (Pa.) and spent part of 2006 in Innsbruck, Austria helping coach the Swarco Raiders to the European Professional Football League’s Austrian Bowl championship. Hopkins also traveled to the U.S. Virgin Islands in 2010 to conduct a high school football clinic.

Hopkins split his collegiate playing career between Glenville State and Bloomsburg (Pa.). He holds a bachelor’s in Psychology and a master’s in Sport Management from Millersville and is a certified strength and fitness trainer.
