West Liberty University Athletics

High School: Competed in football at Morgantown High School under head coach Sean Biser. A three-year letterwinner and three-year starter, Cooper helped lead the Mohigans to records of 8-4 and 13-1, capturing both the OVAC championship and the West Virginia Class AAAA state championship. He earned First Team All-State honors as both a junior and senior, along with First Team All-Conference recognition as a senior. During his final season, he totaled 1,500 all-purpose yards, scored 15 touchdowns and recorded five interceptions.

Off the Field: Carter is the son of Amy Cooper and Courtney Cooper and has one younger brother, Colston. He is majoring in Business. Athletics run in his family, as his mother played softball at Fairmont State and his father played baseball at Fairmont State.
