WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. — Jamie Muldowney, a junior forward from Laois, Ireland, has been named Hilltopper of the Week following his steady and impactful performance in the Hilltoppers' 101–97 Mountain East Conference road win at Davis & Elkins on Saturday.

Muldowney helped pace West Liberty in a tightly contested matchup, finishing with 14 points in 28 minutes of action. He connected on 3-of-9 field goal attempts, including 2-of-4 from beyond the arc, and was efficient at the free-throw line, converting 6-of-9 attempts to help the Hilltoppers close out the victory late.

The 6-foot-7 forward also contributed across the stat sheet, pulling down six rebounds while adding four assists and two turnovers, providing a strong presence on both ends of the floor as West Liberty withstood a late push from the Senators.

West Liberty returns to action on Wednesday, hosting Frostburg State at the ASRC, with tipoff set for 7:30 p.m..
