WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – Due to anticipated rain this weekend, the West Liberty University baseball team has adjusted its upcoming series against Frostburg State.
Originally scheduled for the weekend, the four-game series will now be played on Monday and Tuesday at Weir High School. First pitch is set for 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on both days.
Frostburg State enters the matchup atop the Mountain East Conference (MEC) North Division standings with a 19-7 overall record and a 9-3 mark in conference play. The Hilltoppers sit just two games back at 15-14 overall and 7-5 in the MEC.
The Bobcats bring a seven-game winning streak into the series, while West Liberty looks to snap a three-game skid.
