Bridgeport, W.Va. - The Mountain East Conference released their Preseason Softball Coaches' Poll on Tuesday afternoon, with West Liberty University picked to finish third in the north division, accumulating 29 points in the poll. 

The Hilltoppers, who ended the 2024 season in the semifinals of the conference tournament, will begin their second season with head coach Sara Pelegreen at the helm looking to build on their 20 win season from a year ago.

The Hilltoppers are scheduled to open their season on February 13th at Seton Hill in a doubleheader beginning at 12:30 p.m. 

The Toppers will play the University of Indianapolis in a doubleheader on February 14th at the Highlands Sports Complex at 11 a.m.
