Bridgeport, W.Va. – The Mountain East Conference released their Preseason Women's Soccer Coaches' Poll on Thursday afternoon, with the West Liberty University women's soccer team picked to finish third in the North Division, accumulating 32 points in the poll. Frostburg State and Fairmont State were selected ahead of West Liberty with new MEC member Point Park and Wheeling rounding out the North Division Preseason Poll.
Head Coach Pete McMenemy and the WLU Women's soccer team opens up the regular season one week from today with a non-conference road test against Seton Hill (Pa.). Kickoff is set for 12:30 p.m. at Dick's Sporting Goods Field in Greensburg, Pa.
