West Liberty, W.Va. - The No.4 West Liberty University men's basketball team faces West Virginia State Saturday.
The Toppers improved to 9-0 overall and 4-0 in the Mountain East Conference with their 76-70 win over Charleston Wednesday at the ASRC.
The Yellow Jackets beat Wheeling 85-83 Wednesday to move to 5-3 overall and 3-2 in the MEC.
The Toppers lead the all-time series 59-52, each team won last year on their home court.
WLU leads the MEC in scoring at 95 ppg. they are also first in turnover margin (8.11) and assist to turnover ratio (1.85).
Kyler D'Agustino leads the Hilltoppers in scoring at 17.8 ppg., Miguel Martinez leads the Yellow Jackets at 16.6 ppg.
