West Liberty,W.Va. - The West Liberty University men's basketball offense picked up right where it left off last season with a 114-91 win over West Chester at the ASRC in the Atlantic Region Crossover.
The Hilltoppers finished shooting 55.4 percent from the floor. Sophomore Kyler D'Augustino, the only returning starter and the 2023-24 Mountain East Conference freshman of the year, had a game-high 25 points.
Three other returners from last year also finished in double-figures, Dante Spadafora had 16 points, Lanyc Shuler 15 points and Finley Woodward a double-double 14 points and 10 rebounds.
Three of the newcomers also cracked the double-figure mark, JJ Harper, Daniel Autrey and Kameron Tinsley each had 13 points. Nine of the ten players who saw time on the floor scored.
