Berea, Ohio - The West Liberty University men's wrestling team wrapped up a busy week with a strong performance in the Baldwin Wallace Invite Saturday.
Wrestling for the third time in seven days the Hilltoppers had one champion and seven other wrestlers place.
At 133 lbs. Treygen Morin won by major decision over Art Martinez (Case Western Reserve) 16-8 in the championship match.
Caiden Harbert at 125 lbs. Toby Abott at 174 lbs. and Brandon Johnson at 197 lbs. all lost in their championship bouts to finish second.
Levi Abott at 165 lbs. Was fourth and two other wrestlers placed at 174 lbs. Gabe Blissenbach was fifth and Breagan Pearson was seventh.
At 285 lbs. Zach Babiczuk was sixth.
As a team the Hilltoppers finished fifth.
The Hilltoppers are now off until Dec. 7th when they compete in the Little State Invite in Indianapolis, Ind.
