West Liberty, W.Va. - The West Liberty University men's soccer team dropped a physical meeting with Concord 2-1 at the West Family Athletic Complex Wednesday night. The Hilltoppers were forced to play a man down for the remainder of the game after Alex Watt was issued a red card, still West Liberty only trailed 1-0 at the half. The teams combined for six yellow cards and two red cards in the first half, for the game Concord finished with five yellows, while the Toppers had four and the two red cards. In the second half the Hilltoppers came out energized and brought the attack to the Mountain Lions eventually tying the game in the 59th minute on Aidan Harvey's 2nd goal of the season, assisted by Zachary Forehand (7). The score would stay tied until the 76th minute when Fabian Amhof scored his second goal of the game for the game winner. With the loss the Hilltoppers slip to 5-7-2 overall and 3-7-1 in the Mountain East Conference.
