Frostburg, Md. - Zachary Forehand's penalty kick in the 85th minute was the difference maker in the Hilltoppers 2-1 win over Frostburg State Saturday night. West Liberty had taken a first half lead on a goal from Linus Ebert 27th minute and they led 1-0 at the half. The Bobcats would tie the game in the 59th minute and it would stay that way until Forehand's PK. With the win West Liberty improves to 5-6-2 overall and 3-6-1 in the Mountain East Conference.
