THE HILLTOPPERS
West Liberty is coming off back-to-back first place finishes at the
Mountain East Conference Tournament and
John Summa Invitational. The Black and Gold had a record-setting seven individual champions at the MEC Championships and then followed it with six at last weekend's event in Berea, Ohio. This will be the first dual since January 19, when WLU went 2-1 on its home mat in the West Liberty Duals. Overall on the season, the Hilltoppers hold a 20-4 dual record with a 3-1 mark against MEC foes. They are 6-3 versus nationally ranked teams and 3-1 in away duals. THE SENATORS
Davis & Elkins placed fifth at the recent MEC Tournament. At 125, Nicholas Cottone and Bradden Galassi (165) got on the podium claiming third in their respective brackets. Jacob Sweitzer (184) and Michael Schneider (197) finished fourth, while Garrett Eddy (285) rounded out the lineup in fifth place.

The home event on Sunday has been canceled. West Liberty will be back in action competing in the NCAA Super Region 3 Championships on February 25 at Tiffin University.
