Hilltoppers Open Final Week of Regular Season Play at West Virginia Wesleyan

West Liberty, W.Va. – The West Liberty University men's soccer team will play the first of two matches on the road to end the regular season when they travel to West Virginia Wesleyan on Sunday afternoon. The Hilltoppers look for the season sweep when they kickoff with the Bobcats at 4 p.m. at Culpepper Stadium.

WEST LIBERTY STORYLINES
  • West Liberty enters Sunday's match with a record of 5-6-4 (4-6-2 MEC) on the season and is currently sixth in the Mountain East Conference standings with 14 points through 12 matches.
  • The Hilltoppers look to return to the win column having posted a record of 0-4-2 in their last six matches after a 4-0 loss to No. 3 Charleston in their final regular season home contest. WLU's last win occurred on October 1 in a 2-1 home win over West Virginia Wesleyan.
  • Mark Donnelly leads West Liberty with four goals on the year while Vitor Otsuka has found the back of the net three times this season. Jan Goebel, Zachary Forehand, and Oskar Voges have each added a pair of goals.
