WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. - Noah Underwood made a career-high 13 saves this afternoon against #1 ranked Davis & Elkins at West Family Athletic Complex. The Senators were still able to net three goals to down West Liberty, 3-0.

Davis & Elkins (10-1, 9-1) fired 27 shots in the match and controlled possession throughout holding the Hilltoppers (1-9-2) to just two shots and none on goal.

Manuel Castrejon got the Senators on the board in the 18th minute after working his way through the Black and Gold defense and firing a shot off Underwood and in. A late foul in the box for West Liberty set up D&E's second goal on a penalty kick.

After fending off shots for 30+ minutes in the second half, the Hilltoppers surrendered an insurance goal in the 79th minute.

Rhys Lewis and Vitor Otsuka had the two shots for the Hilltoppers.

West Liberty will hit the road for both its matches next week. A trip to Frostburg State is first up on the docket on Wednesday. Kickoff is scheduled for 5 pm in the Old Line State.
