GLENVILLE, W.Va. – The No. 8-ranked West Liberty men take their 8-game winning streak on the road this afternoon for a battle with high-scoring MEC rival Glenville State. Tipoff is set for 4 p.m. inside the Waco Center.
Coach Ben Howlett's Hilltoppers (12-1, 6-1) dominated the second half of Wednesday's game against Concord, pulling away to an 85-67 victory against the Mountain Lions. Bryce Butler led the way with 19 points while Patrick Robinson and Viktor Kovacevic added 14 and 10 lightings, respectively.
Wheeling mounted a second-half comeback on Wednesday to hand the Pioneers (5-5, 2-4) a 92-83 setback. John Williams had 33 points and 14 rebounds – both game-highs – for GSC in a losing cause.
