FROSTBURG, Md. – The No. 8-ranked West Liberty men put their 9-game winning streak on the line here tonight when they take on Frostburg State. Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m. inside Bobcat Arena.
Coach
Ben Howlett's Hilltoppers (13-1, 7-1) are coming off their best shooting game of the season, having blistered the nets at better than a 60 percent clip from the floor in Saturday's 101-90 victory at Glenville State. Pat Robinson's game-high 24 points topped six double-figure scorers while
Bryce Butler just missed a triple-double with 14 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists.
The Bobcats (5-9, 3-5) look to rebound from a heartbreaking 79-76 home loss to Alderson Broaddus on Saturday. Frostburg led by as many as 16 points in the second half only to see the Battlers cap their thrilling comeback with a game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer.
