WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – No. 3 seed West Liberty and No. 6 seed Malone collide tonight in an NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Tournament lid-lifter. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m. inside the ASRC.
    Coach Ben Howlett's No. 19-ranked Hilltoppers (15-4) saw their 11-game win streak snapped on Sunday in a 102-99 loss to Fairmont State in the MEC Tournament championship game.
    The Pioneers (17-6) stunned No. 9 Hillsdale, 84-74, in a G-MAC Tourney semifinal before blasting Cedarville, 77-59, in the championship game to earn the league's automatic bid.
    Both teams enter NCAA Tournament play on a roll. West Liberty has won 11 of its last 12 games while Malone has claimed 15 of its last 16 including 10 straight.
    Fans unable to attend the games can still follow their teams in the regional tournament through a variety of platforms. Live video stream telecasts and live stats will be provided for all tournament games via the NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Tournament Central page.
